From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I was greeted warmly by the friendly staff. Joanna took the time to understand my concerns and provided a comprehensive evaluation. I brought my mother here (based on reviews) after having a bad experience elsewhere. We were both so impressed with Joanna: she was professional, thorough, personable and caring, explained the pros and cons of different options. My mom said Joanna seemed like she had all the time in the world for us. The service and expertise was fantastic.We feel very lucky to have found her!

It's good to know that there are clinics like this one. The service was warm, courteous and very professional. Dr Meyer is a true professional, who offers top service and truly cares about her patients. I have sent others to her for assistance, all of which have lauded her approach and solutions to their hearing challenges. I highly recommend her.

The most amazing experience! Joanna, the hearing aid specialist is extremely kind, helpful, patient and just an overall pleasure to be around. She explains everything with such care. She is here to answer any questions/ concerns that you may have. I highly suggest her if you want to have the BEST service in Montreal.

Meyer provided me with very professional hearing services during Nov 2022Joanna and her associates are real experts in their field.I am actually a 2nd generation client of hers, as she provided my dear late Mom with amazing service while at ElderCare.I was so impressed that when i inherited my Mom's poor hearing i went straight to Joanna and can say irrevocably, she is the very best out there..Joanna took all the time necessary to explain my options and made some common sense suggestions which i followed, and can say i am extremely happy with the results.Bravo!Richard

I am very happy with the hearing aids that I received here . However I am posting this review to advise anyone interested that the service is outstanding . The staff genuinely care about their patients and I would highly recommend this clinic to whoever needs help with their hearing .Excellent !

Ms Meyer is an amazing professional, she was very attentive, listened to all our concerns and took all the necessary time to explain and clarify our questions with respect to usage and warranty. The audio exam was done professionally too and her administrative assistant is extremely helpful, polite and detail oriented. Overall, a great experience and service. Many thanks Ms Meyer and all the other personnel involved in our treatment.
